There's been a flurry of activity in the garden below these days.
Little fairy bowls of sugar are left out at night.
I've never been so happy to see a little bit of green bursting from these trees.
Im usually much more of a 'forest' over 'trees' kind of gal. I like to look at the big picture and try not to sweat the small stuff. However, these days I'm obsessed with the trees. There is so much color and potential and life in these buds.
yet, the same trees from distance look as drab as ever. I feel like breathing hot air onto every single little bud to hurry along the process and turning these things green. But then reprimand myself- telling myself that everything has it's season and patience is a virtue. It's just not a virtue I've cultivated in any way, shape or form when it comes to trees! Just get green already!
